From first login to podium finish
A clear four-step path we've refined over eight years of coaching ladder climbers and tournament teams.
Skill assessment
Drop in for a free 45-minute session. A coach reviews your VODs, ranks your mechanics, and maps your current tier across aim, macro, and comms.
Build your plan
We pair you with a title specialist and set a 12-week roadmap with weekly drills, review calls, and measurable rank targets.
Train on-site
Practice on tournament-grade rigs at 240Hz, scrim against house teams, and get live coaching from the booth every session.
Compete & climb
Enter our Thursday LAN nights and the Victoria LAN Series. We handle rosters, seeding, and post-match analysis so you just play.
